The space On the border of Southern Piedmont and Liguria is Casa San Gentile, with breathtaking views of the 9 hills of the Langhe and the Alps ending in the Mediterranean Sea. Casa San Gentile is a so-called 'rustico', a 300-year-old house on a former vineyard. Now it is a large house for up to 14 people. Due to the layout, it is extremely suitable for two families with plenty of privacy. Guest access Enjoy ultimate comfort and tranquility in this beautiful home, equipped with every amenity. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, this is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Under the charming portico, you can sit outside until the late hours, in an area where you won't be bothered by mosquitoes—yet you'll be surrounded by nature, with fireflies, birds of prey, foxes, deer, and even wild boar. The property is located on a vast estate of no less than 36,000 m², ensuring peace and privacy. Around the house, you will find several nice seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade. For children, there is plenty of fun with two trampolines, a ping-pong table, and, of course, the fantastic swimming pool. The infinity pool and the terrace offer breathtaking views – a true “million-dollar view” that never gets old. Next to the swimming pool is a private beach where you can play tennis, beach volleyball, or soccer – the perfect place for both relaxation and activity, surrounded by nature.
