Old family house in Bourg de Sirod (39) at the foot of a rock where chamois live. Renowned site for the Pertes de l'Ain, trout fishing, hiking and mountain biking. Nearby, the Hérisson waterfalls, lakes and many other tourist attractions are waiting to be discovered. Possibility to buy milk at the farm (GAEC de Château Vilain) and to visit it: the small calves, the stable! Rabbits will be happy to taste your stale bread and vegetable peelings! The space On the ground floor you will find: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe 1 bath Toilets Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and a large wardrobe. 1 large living room with dining area, TV, grandfather clock, a three-seater leather sofa and two leather armchairs. A large china cabinet in which plates, glasses, dishes are stored... 1 kitchen open to the living room, equipped with an electric stove and electric oven, microwave, table, fridge with small freezer. Wall storage and cupboards in which are stored pots, pressure cooker, bowls, glasses... The cutlery is in a small cabinet in the kitchen. Guest access Outside you have access to the fully enclosed 8-acre garden and clothesline. You will be able to park your vehicle in the private courtyard (along the house) while leaving free access to the garage. Crossing this courtyard, about 8 m, you have access to the garden. Other things to note 5 minutes from the house you can discover the Pertes de l'Ain. From the garden it is common to see the chamois in the rocks. On foot, taking the path next to the restaurant, you can access the ruins of Château Vilain: a superb view of Bourg de Sirod. In addition, you will certainly meet the chamois.
