My comfortable home offers an experience of village life. A beautiful and friendly village with an excellent social club, close to the broads and the city. A stones throw from Reedham riverside village with its well known pubs. Field views, quiet walks. Enjoy a drink in the courtyard or large garden. The space Try comfortable village life with rolling views and a roaring fire. My home is very minimalist. Kitchen and bathroom areas (downstairs) are shared with me and my toddler. The listing is for a private bedroom (upstairs) within our home. The living room is kept as a private space for me and my toddler only. Guest access Guests will have access to off road parking and both gardens. Inside, the kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared with me, my toddler and our cat. Guests will have a double bedroom with comfortable bed and open field views. We are a shoes-off household so I ask that this is respected during your stay. Note that the bathroom is downstairs only. The living room is a private space for me and my son only. During your stay I live here with my toddler, cat and chickens so I’m usually around in the daytime and evenings. I am happy to signpost to local attractions and make recommendations for local pubs, walks, etc or simply leave you to it! Other things to note I have been modernising my home and am still to decide on some light fittings, etc. No works will be completed during your stay. We are a shoes-off household so I would ask that this is respected during your stay. Because I have a child only short stays are considered at present. I also appreciate quiet guests for the same reason.
