The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse that has been fully remodeled, painted, and furnished. The bedrooms are upstairs, full bath upstairs with laundry room, and half bath down stairs with the living room, dining room and kitchen. Guest access Keyless, wifi entry. The code will be sent to you a few days before arrival. Two free parking spots are marked for this unit. If you need to receive personal mail (bills, tax statements, etc.) please arrange to have them shipped to you via UPS, FEDEX, or arrange to have them forwarded to a local PO Box (which you acquire prior to your stay). Other things to note Perfect for anyone buying, building, selling, doing a contract position locally, etc. Fully stocked kitchen, a desk to work at in one of the bedrooms, all new appliances... this place is fresh and ready to be booked. All you have to bring are your clothes, personal care items and food. Sit back and relax while your contract is completed, or your home is bought, built, or sold. While we do allow animals, we have a 2 - animal - 30 lb. max policy. We also ask that you pick up after your fur babies so that lawn care can be provided.
