There is no balcony, smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden! Guest access The apartment area is 36 sqm. Guests have access to two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, a kitchen and a combined bathroom with a toilet. The bedroom has a large double bed with a new orthopedic mattress. The living room has a folding sofa, the width of the sleeping place is 140 cm. The TV supports Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and storing food, there is a microwave, kettle and coffee maker, as well as tea and coffee. The bathroom has all the necessary toiletries and hairdryer for your convenience. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
