Located in the heart of Edgewater, you’ll be minutes from Downtown Miami, beaches, top dining, shopping, and entertainment. The residence is professionally cleaned, bright, and thoughtfully prepared for your comfort. Building Information: • Parking: Garage access is available with a $25 transponder fee per stay. • Deliveries: The package room is available for your convenience. Mailbox access may be arranged through the association for a $50 fee if needed. • Keys & Access: Your stay includes one key and fob. Additional sets can be purchased directly from the management office. Building access is managed through facial recognition at check-in. • Amenities: The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance; however, the pool deck and fitness center remain fully open for your enjoyment. The association anticipates reopening the pool soon, potentially by March, and we will update the listing as soon as it becomes available. Upon arrival, please visit the front desk to sign in. Guest access You will enjoy full private access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, panoramic balcony, bedroom, walk-in closet, laundry, and bathroom. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the building’s shared amenities such as the lobby, elevators, fitness center, pool deck, hot tub, sauna, lounge/media room, relaxation areas, and secured parking garage. Please note: The pool is currently closed for maintenance; however, the pool deck and fitness center remain open for your enjoyment. The association anticipates reopening the pool soon, potentially by March, and we will provide updates as soon as it becomes available. To ensure a seamless check-in experience, all adult guests (18+) must be added to the Airbnb reservation prior to arrival, as required by Opera Tower management. Building access and amenities are available only to registered guests. Your stay includes one complimentary assigned and secured parking space. Additional parking is available via valet service for approximately $20 per day, and a convenient city parking lot next to Opera Tower offers parking for about $15 per day. For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras operate throughout the building’s common areas. Please note: Pets are not permitted in the unit in accordance with building regulations.
