Room is small, 13.5 sqm. Room has small ensuite bathroom with shower (hot and cold water), toilet and sink. SIMPLE BREAKFAST is included in our room price. POOL: we do have 2 small pools in our property (5,5mx3,5m), sitting areas on different floors. We have upstairs and downstairs room available, view to a small alley or to a courtyard with pool. All rooms are bright and have lot of natural light. In case if you have any preferences then please let us know, we will do our best to satisfy our dear guests. Guest access SHARED AREA: dining and community area with tables and sofa corner, pool area. During your stay We have our lovely staff there for you 24 hours. Happy to interact, share and listen traveling stories, practice english if possible. Other things to note Total we have 2 properties ( 8+12 private rooms, dorm), 2 small shared pools, 2 shared breakfast areas and plenty of sitting areas all around the property. PLEASE NOTE: we do not have direct car access as we are 70m off from street and narrow side street ( suitable for motorbike or walking) is leading to us. Please BE AWARE that Ubud don’t have best road sides for walking and not always best lighting - just to keep in mind if you prefer walking to the town. We are located close to the nature, ants, pugs, geckos are common in Bali ( even in 5* hotels). We do have mosquito nets covering windows.
