This beautiful luxury villa is situated in one of Algarve’s top destinations, located very well to all the hustle and bustle with nearby shops, restaurants bars, beaches and the nightlife of Vilamoura Marina. The villa is situated in Vila Sol Resort which is surrounded by a golf course with a small town centre where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, grab breakfast, lunch or sit and enjoy dinner with some friends and watch the sunset. The resort is family-friendly, quiet and extremely safe. The space This bright villa is located in the very popular and prestigious Vila Sol resort, home of the Algarve. It is spacious and beautifully presented over 3 floors, it features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a has a total internal living area of over 400m2. It’s set within a quiet residential area, with lots of privacy right around...benefiting from a mature landscaped garden and charming swimming pool. This superb villa is entered through large wooden doors and comprises a grand entrance hall leading straight onto the spacious living and dining area, with big sliding doors leading onto the patio and garden area. There is a log burner for the colder/cooler winter months, air conditioning throughout the villa and patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and garden areas. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a breakfast table, ample space for dinner parties or larger gatherings, a large double door fridge, ironing facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances one would expect. The villa’s master room has its en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a jet massager and separate shower. It’s located on the top floor and has big glass sliding doors leading to a private sun terrace overlooking the beautiful surroundings of Vila Sol resort. Complimented with a very comfortable king-size bed, lots of wardrobes and a table and two chairs. The second guest bedroom is also located on the top floor, with its en-suite shower room. The room benefits from natural light, a great layout with loads of wardrobe space and a large bed. There are 2 more large bedrooms that both share a bathroom with separate bath and shower facility, situated on the ground floor of the villa, both have direct access to the garden. There’s an additional bedroom downstairs in the basement with 3 single beds, these can either be used for bigger groups on holiday, sharing the benefits of a luxury villa or otherwise children who may want to take advantage of the games room next door. The games room has a pool table and a ping-pong table. The property also has a pool shower, a spacious terrace for alfresco dining and a barbecue space. It has both heat/air conditioning throughout. Guest access All areas of the villa are accessible. The villa has a security key-box outside the premises located near the front entrance gate, operated by a pin code which will be supplied to you two days before your arrival. This will allow you to check in and out easily without any hassles. The villa also has a ramp for easy access for those with disabilities and in a wheelchair.
