Sunshine Studio is in a quiet neighborhood near spectacular Thunder Mountain and hiking trails. Private patio with stunning views and outdoor seating. The Studio has a modern architectural design with flagstone floor, high ceilings and lots of natural light. Your peaceful, romantic home and located a few minutes to groceries, movies, restaurants and conveniences. All your comforts and needs are met The space Sunshine studio is adjoined by one small wall with another unit and noise is not usually an issue. Indoor and outdoor spaces are separate and private. Kitchen: 1/2 refrigerator, 2 plate induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, french press, etc. Washer/dryer provided in shed outside. Beds: Queen bed and a fold down full size futon (foam topper for futon provided for extra comfort) 1/2 Bathroom with standing shower. Heating and cooling is provided by a split unit. Space heater and a fan are available for use for extra personal comfort. TV is Amazon fire stick only and is not connected to cable. Wifi is strong and is frequently used by guests to work during their stay here. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please be mindful of parking in the designated space. Park up against the sign labeled "studio" right by the glass studio front door. We are an eco and allergy friendly household. We do not allow animals on the property (including service animals), encourage preserving lighting, cooling and heat. We offer recycling and use cloth rags and napkins vs. paper towels.
