It has a very pretty patio with beautiful views, great for a wonderful bottle of wine or dinner. The property is in the quieter part of a small but famous, medieval village offering plenty of restaurants & bars all within walking distance . The apartment consists of one big double bedroom ensuite, bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC. There is a double sofabed in the lounge area. Outdoor breakfast/dining on patio is possible. There are comfortable deck chairs, parasol and candle lanterns. Central heating for the colder months is available and charged separately at cost price. The kitchen is equipped with hob/oven, dishwasher,washing machine,microwave, ,fridge/freezer,kettle,nespresso coffeemachine,toaster and all necessary utensils Flatscreen TV,CD/DVD player, SAT,Internet and IPod access available.Beach bag with towels,umbrella and local travel guides available for use. All tableware,linen,towels and bathroom amenities included. Bookings of a fortnight include free change of linen/towels and cleaning after one week. Guest access to all rooms in the apartment Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome. For the entire stay we charge 20.- extra. Please pay cash when you arrive. November, Dezember, Januar, Februar, Marz we charge the heatingcost extra in cash. We have a extra couter for the heating and the price is the same as the company charge 1kwH 0,20 cent.
