Country house with sauna

Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products The space Since 1991, "De Mekkerkast" has been an organic farm. As the name suggests, this is a goat farm. In addition to goats, there are also some pigs. The Mekkerkast makes its own cheese, which I use to earn my living as a market trader in Groningen. Guest access The (winter) guests can use the sauna that is located next to the cottage. The sauna is exclusive. Other things to note * The extra room is not added if you booked for 4 people or less. From 4 to 6 people, the extra room is automatically included. During your stay, you can buy cheese and meats from the farmer. All products are of course organic and locally produced and/or from our own land (cheese factory/herb garden/fruit orchard/vegetable garden).
