Free Church Manse - Highland home, Cairngorm views

Free Church Manse is a beautiful Victorian villa with wonderful mountain views. Located just minutes from the centre of the Highland village of Kingussie our family friendly house is within easy walking distance of local shops, the supermarket, pubs and cafes. With access to the mountains on the doorstep it's a wonderful base for holidays and a ideal location to explore the wider Cairngorm National Park. We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets. The space Free Church Manse is a cosy traditional Victorian villa decorated and maintained to a high standard. Many of the paintings, photographs and ornaments are the work of local artists. You will find more information in our art book in the house. Upstairs the master bedroom with king bed has a large ensuite with a walk-in shower and a free-standing bath. Bedroom two has two single beds. Bedroom three has two single beds. Bedrooms two and three share a family bathroom bath with shower. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner and a luxurious sitting room featuring beautiful photography of the local area. Relax and enjoy the mountain views. There is also a utility room with a toilet and washing machine. In the garden you will find a patio with an outdoor dining table. There are outdoor benches and beanbags for relaxing. We have a BBQ available on request. We are in a quiet residential area so ask that you respect our neighbours - please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. For the kids the local play park is seconds away just down the hill. The property is semi-detached and your hosts live in the adjoining house. Guest access Guests have use of the house, summer house and the garden. There is a dedicated driveway for parking. There is safe storage space for bikes/skis/outdoor equipment. Other things to note Although we are pet friendly we ask that your pets stay downstairs. We prefer to be a no shoes house so please bring indoor shoes/slippers if you can. Please do not smoke in the house. Old Distillery Road is a quiet residential street, please respect our neighbours. If you are outside in the evenings please keep noise levels to a minimum - especially after 10pm. Free Church Manse is a large property that has been divided into two semi detached houses. We have created a wonderful self catering house that is private and self contained and we live in the other property. Registration Details HI70121-F
