Serene by Palladium: Luxurious Farmhouse with Pool

The Farm house is built to cater to 16 people at a time. Serene by Palladium is a 2 Acre Property with 4 Massive Bedrooms and a private enclosed swimming pool tucked away in Shamshabad & adjoining Panchavati Park. A 10,000 sq. ft. lush green lawn adjoins the Farm house. Parking is provided within the venue. The Villa adjoins the ORR Service Road and is accessible from both Shamshabad Exit (5 min) and from Rajendranagar Exit (10 min). Product by Palladium Luxury Conventions! The space HOUSE RULES 1. Disclaimer regarding music: Guests can use the JBL Flip5 speaker to play music around the pool. Image of the speaker can be accessed in the photo gallery. NO other speakers, music sets or DJ sets will be permitted onto the property as per police regulations. NO Speaker, however big or small will be allowed onto the property. Please DO NOT bring Speakers and then request us to allow them. WE WILL NOT allow any Speaker onto the property. 2. We DO NOT allow pets onto the property. 3. Hookah is NOT permitted onto the property. 4. Checkout time is 12pm. No Late checkouts possible. ———————————————————— The Farm house is built to cater to 16 people at a time. The property is 5 mins away from the Airport. Serene by Palladium is tastefully built in a blend of Vintage Kerala & Modern styles. The entire 2 Acres can be utilized by guests. A 700 sq. ft. pool built such that guests can easily access it from their rooms. A surrounding deck around the pool makes it perfect for a sit out. WiFi is available. Pls ask the butler for the password. Cricket and badminton equipment are both available. There is a 10,000 sq ft lawn. The lawn does not have any flood lights, so playing cricket & badminton in the dark is not advisable. A carrom board table is available. A TV with cable connection is placed in the common area. We have recently also added some board games: playing cards, UNO cards, chess, snakes & ladders and Ludo. A Security Guard & House Keeping person will be available to cater to your needs round the clock. A complimentary bon fire will be done by the staff upon request. Guests are provided with soap, shampoo & towels. The property has a 24/7 power back up facility. The property has a kitchenette with a fridge & freezer, induction stove & a microwave. We will provide guests with plates and cutlery. We don’t have any other kitchen or cooking equipment apart from what is mentioned above. You can carry your own milk and other ingredients to make tea/coffee. Our staff would be happy to help with it. We DO NOT have a Bbq Grill on site. Anyone bringing their own bbq set will have to bring their own coal/gas. The staff will show you a dedicated spot where to setup the bbq grill. No bbq setup/cooking will be allowed around the pool. Swiggy & Zomato also deliver to the farmhouse. We have recently purchased a Zebronics projector for the property. The photo of the projector is available in the photo gallery. The projector has an inbuilt speaker for your convenience. A projector screen is also available at the property. We DO NOT provide any swim suits or floatation devices or tubes or floats etc. Guests are expected to carry their own if required. Guest access Guests can use the entire space. The Villa, the Pool, the adjoining Deck Area and the Lawn are all accessible to guests.
