Apartment "Seegras" – spacious, family-friendly

The "Seegras" vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our vacation home directly on the Wittensee. With 65 square meters, it can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms – ideal for families or groups of friends who like it cozy, Nordic and uncomplicated. The space The apartment "Seegras" offers 65m² space for 6 people and is located in Bünsdorf: an idyllic, small village with about 600 inhabitants on the south-western edge of Lake Witten. The modern holiday home is located just 200m from the swimming beach of Wittensee in modern Scandinavian style with bright colors. In the large living room with open kitchen you will find a comfortable sofa and the dining area with open kitchen. A large flat screen TV, DVD and CD/radio player (Bluetooth enabled) can be found here, among other things. From here you have access to a large patio equipped with modern garden furniture. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment as well as stove with ceramic hob and oven are available. There is a master bedroom with double bed, a small children's room with bunk beds and another bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms have blackout pleats and insect screens. Towels and hair dryer are provided in the modern shower room with exterior windows. A parking space is located directly at the house, which is located on a former farm with a total of five apartments. There is plenty of space here to play and romp, rest and relax. We have a play barn with trampoline, table tennis, foosball table, small climbing wall and plenty of space where children and also adults can let off steam. In a common room you can store your bicycles, also a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to our guests for a fee (3.50€). Two sup boards can be hired for a small fee. Upon request, we provide you with a high chair and a cot free of charge. The bathing area at the Wittensee with sunbathing lawn, wide, flat entrance and playground is only about 200 m away. Bread service possible. The rent includes one towel set per person, tea towels and household energy costs. Bed linen can be brought or for a fee of 15€ per set we will be happy to provide you. The lovingly furnished ground-floor apartment on our former farm in quiet Bünsdorf offers space for up to six people on approximately 65 square meters. The house is located directly on the Wittensee; upstairs is the "Wasserspiel" vacation apartment, which you can book at the same time if needed. The focus is on the large, bright living room with an inviting sofa – here there is space for reading, chatting, playing and watching TV together. The open living and dining area flows seamlessly into the modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook together. This way, you can always keep talking to each other while chopping, sizzling and having breakfast. Three separate bedrooms ensure restful nights: one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a bunk bed. All rooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and insect screens – ideal for late risers, small children and anyone who likes to sleep with the window open but without mosquitoes. The modern shower room with an exterior window complements the comfort of the apartment. A real highlight is the huge terrace, which you can access directly from the living room. With modern garden furniture and loungers, it is like a second living room outdoors: perfect for enjoying all meals outside, catching the sun or ending the day in peace. On warm, sunny days, you can reach Lake Wittensee with its beautiful beach in just a few steps – ideal for swimming, splashing around, stand-up paddling or simply dipping your feet in the water. And if the weather is a bit Nordic, our play barn with an indoor play area in the courtyard will make eyes light up: a trampoline, foosball, a climbing wall and much more invite children – and adults too – to romp and play. This is how "Seegras" becomes a spacious place of well-being for families, groups of friends and multi-generational vacations who appreciate the proximity to the lake, plenty of space and Nordic tranquility.
