Stéphanie and Claude welcome you to their large 140 m² chalet arranged on 3 levels with care and respect for traditions: use of old wood and hand-squared framework. The space This independent accommodation, on private land between the Ecrins and Parpaillon mountain ranges, is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated in a mountain, warm and contemporary style. On the ground floor: Spacious entrance hall with storage. One bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200). Each bedroom has a TV and a private shower room or bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine at your disposal. Toilet. On the middle level: Large 60 m² living room opening onto 2 spacious terraces, the first to the east, overlooking the Durance valley and the second to the southwest, offering a magnificent view of the Ecrins (these terraces are equipped with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue). Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (freezer, dishwasher, etc.), pleasant dining area and large living room around the wood pellet fireplace, large screen TV, DVD player.
