Big, bright, and modern brand new apartment in a historic building from the early 1900s with view on the Vatican Museums a few steps from St. Peter's Square. Thanks to its location in the heart of the Prati district, Eulalia is a perfect place to discover the historic center of Rome and its wonders both by walking and with the excellent connections available just a few meters away. Suitable for both short and long stays, as a couple, with the family, or in groups of friends. The space The apartment has recently been refurbished to offer you the most comfortable stay. It has a large and bright living room consisting of a dining area and relaxes area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, play station 3, turntable, and traditional roman songwriters’ LPs. There are two large bedrooms: the first one has a king-size bed and a spacious closet; the second one has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. On request, the armchair bed can be used as an extra bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold/hot) and a centralized heating system all over the rooms works on winter months (December/March). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as cookware, plates, and accessories. You will taste the real Espresso and, why not, may try to cook some Italian spaghetti on your own. A dishwasher and a laundry machine have been recently added so as to fit long stays needs. The apartment space ends with a large bathroom with a big bath. The general equipment consists of fresh and clean sheets, blankets, towel sets, and bath products (shampoo, bubble bath, and soap). Cot, sheets for babies, and high chairs are available on request. The bed linen and towels change are available after 4 nights. Cleanings are included for each arrival/end of the stay according to the approved Cleaning Protocol. I’ll be happy to give you the map of the city and guides upon arrival, for any advice or information (especially about food and restaurants ). A little bookcrossing area is also available in the library. Guest access Eulalia is located in an area full of bus connections, 100 meters from the red underground stop, line A Ottaviano. Various car, bike, and motorcycle sharing services are available in the area. How to get to Eulalia: By train: from Termini station you can take the underground line A (direction Battistini) and reach the apartment in 6 stops, about 15 minutes ride, getting off at the Ottaviano / Musei Vaticani stop. From Fiumicino airport: Leonardo Express train or Shuttle Buses ( Terravision, Sit Bus Shuttle) with connection to Termini station + underground line A for 6 stops to the Ottaviano / Musei Vaticani stop. Sit bus shuttle with Vatican / Via Crescenzio stop + 1.2 km on foot (about 15 min). A private pick-up service with a driver is available on request. Municipal taxis with a fixed rate of 48 euros + 1 euro per bag. From Ciampino airport: Shuttle Buses are available with a connection to Termini Station + underground line A for 6 stops to the Ottaviano stop. Sit bus shuttle with Vatican / Via Crescenzio stop + 1.2 km on foot (about 15 min). A private pick-up service with a driver is available on request. Municipal taxis with a fixed rate of 38 euros + 1 euro per bag. By car: A1 / E45 towards Viale dello Stadio Olimpico. Piazzale degli Eroi exit from the Tangenziale Est. Continue on Viale dello Stadio Olimpico. Take Circonvallazione Clodia, P.le Clodio, and Via della Giuliana in the direction of Viale Giulio Cesare 237. Street parking in the blue lines: 1.50 euros / h or 4 euros / 8 hours. Private parking at 300 meters (Best in parking, Via Tunisi n.80), daily rates in agreement on request. Other things to note In the apartment, it is strictly forbidden to smoke, and organize parties, meetings, or events. The maximum number of guests allowed is 3. Upon arrival, an identity document/passport is required. The tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Rome Capital of 5 euros/day (up to a maximum of 10 days) is calculated in the final price and included.
