A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self catering holiday apartment just 100m from the beautiful West Shore beach in Llandudno. West Shore beach shows a quieter side to Llandudno than the bustling North Shore. This is a sandy beach where at low tide reveals a large expanse of sand, which is great for kite-flyers and kite-surfers alike. It's also renowned for its spectacular sunsets. Just a 10 minute walk to the North Shore and town where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafe's The space The property is split into 2 apartments. I live downstairs and then the top one is the holiday apartment. They share the same front door but then have separate lockable doors to each of the apartments. The holiday apartment is split over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and an additional shower room. The bottom floor of the holiday apartment contains two bedrooms, the lounge, kitchenette and the bathroom. The top floor has the third bedroom and shower room. The front outdoor space is free to use where there is a bench also. Guest access Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchenette. There is also plenty of parking available on the street.
