This detached stone built farmhouse is quite unique, positioned between the mountains and the sea. This unique setting makes for a wonderful rural retreat or holiday cottage accommodation. Ideal for walking, cycling and exploring. Also a great base if your want to go to the famous Zip wire, Zip world. We welcome one well behaved pet. The space The stone built detached farmhouse, has been lovingly renovated to make a wonderful rural retreat and holiday cottage accommodation. Located in Eisingrug, a small rural hamlet, the house is quite unique, positioned between the mountains and the sea. The mountain river bubbles and flows by the back door. The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with wonderful walking and cycling trails in all directions. Historic Harlech is 3.5 miles away, which boasts a 13th century castle being a world heritage site. The town is ideal for golfers who play at the famous Royal St David’s course. A fantastic sandy beach, 6 miles long, which is excellent for family fun and long walks. Amenities in Harlech include various shops and a range of good quality restaurants. A really beautiful part of North Wales with great access to the whole of the Snowdonia National Park along with the miles of sandy beaches around Cardigan Bay. The Property includes:- Four bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room One double bedroom with an additional single day bed One single with additional pull out single bed to make into a twin room. Then one further single room. Living room is warm and cosy and has a wood burner. Flat screen TV with Wi Fi DVD player The house has oil central heating There is a well-equipped open plan dining kitchen includes a feature inglenook fireplace with sofa for relaxation Electric oven and hob, Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dish washer, Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Downstairs a basin and toilet Bed linen is included in the rent, Travel cot and high chair. Gravelled outdoor seating area to the front of the property. This front sitting area is perfect for dining alfresco whilst listening to the mountain river which flows beside this cottage. There is a fire pit on the land. One dog is welcome. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourselves. There is parking for four cars alongside the house. Other things to note We provide bed linen but not towels. We would need to know prior to booking if you are wanting to bring a pet. There is Wi Fi but mobile phone access can be restricted due to the location. The property is isolated and you would need a car or taxi to get amenities in the area. The nearest airport is Manchester (2 hours by road). Travelling by car or another vehicle is recommended. The local area is an incredible place if you enjoy walking or cycling with many routes and trails.
