The space This recently refurbished apartment is located on the third floor of a beautifully restored tiled façade building. While there is no lift, the character of the building and the atmosphere inside make it well worth the climb. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), wardrobes, and bed linen. The apartment includes two bathrooms, one en-suite with a bathtub and the second with a shower, both supplied with towels, shower gel, liquid soap, and shampoo. The fully equipped kitchen features Siemens appliances, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine. It opens onto a spacious 20m² living area. For comfort throughout the year, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), electric shutters, high-speed fibre internet (500 Mbps), and a Smart TV. Air Conditioning – Responsible Use: To maintain comfort and energy efficiency, we kindly ask that the temperature be set within the following ranges: – Winter (heating mode): 20–23°C – Summer (cooling mode): 23–26°C Please note that AC usage is monitored. Excessive consumption outside these ranges may result in additional charges. A 24-hour paid parking facility (Telpark) is located 50 metres away (approximately €15/day, subject to change).
