VILLA RIVIERA The villa is located in our tree-planted property of 4000 M2 (1 acre) located in a quiet area on the heights of Sommières between Mer and Cévennes. We will be happy to share with you access to the 80 m2 swimming pool, and its immense beach, and its bar. By reservation, you can also enjoy our restaurant "table d'hôtes" : PURA VIDA located by the swimming pool. The space The villa is air-conditioned and composed of : -one king-size bedroom open to a shower room with an Italian shower. -a living -room open to a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, extactor hood, dish washer, oven and micro wave oven, crockery, kitchen ustensiles , kettle, coffee machine, toaster, freezer..) -a double sofa bed -a flat screen TV - 2 toilets - large private terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, lounge-chairs, plancha -private hot tub 4/5 persons -wifi available -private garden Guest access You will enjoy the swimming pool (salt treated) and its private terrace equipped with lounge-chairs and parasols. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board. Secure parking inside the property with a quick recharge station for plug-in vehicles.
