East Cote Cottage

East Cote Cottage is a beautiful, stone-built period cottage in Long Preston, a short drive from the market town of Settle. With WiFi, Coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Ideal touring base for the Yorkshire Dales, Skipton, Lake District and walking the 3 peaks. East Cote is a compact cosy cottage. Ideal for two, three or four people and has a travel cot and high chair for the younger guests. The space Compact and 'home from home' - everything you need for a break away and bolthole base for exploring the Dales. Set over three floors, with a double room on the first floor, and single bed in the light and airy loft room/second floor. We have a travel cot for a baby/toddler and a high chair, available on request. Please bring own bedding for the cot. Our living room and kitchen are open plan, with a comfy three seater sofa and chair and feature fireplace. TV with Netflix and a sound bar to play your favourite tunes. Although compact, East Cote living area is well thought out with everything you will need for a smooth stay. On the 1st floor is the main bedroom with double bed, luxury bed linen and TV on the wall. A good size bathroom, with bath and shower over, glass screen, sink and toilet. All towels, loo roll and hand soap provided. Up a short flight of stairs to a further bedroom with full size single bed with the ability to be extended into 2 singles as guests require. Please note that this 2nd bedroom may have reduced headspace when the bed is extended due to the eaves and exposed beams in the property. Guest access A whole entire 2 bed cottage for you to relax and enjoy, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, complimentary tea & coffee, microwave, Wifi, Netflix, key safe for no contact arrivals and departures. Please make sure you contact us a couple of days before arrival for the keysafe number.
