TALL SHIPS & FALMOUTH WEEK, 6-15th August, the town's most popular week of the year: sailing regattas & events throughout the town (groups, comedians, entertainment and concerts). Fully modernised and stylishly decorated, this is our 4 bedroom family home. It can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. Walking distance from a park, falmouth and Penryn towns and nearby Penryn quay. The space There is off road private parking for 2/3 cars at the front of the house, a fully enclosed back garden complete with seating area, outdoor dining and a trampoline. Downstairs there is a open plan kitchen diner with bi-folding doors to bring in outdoor living. The space has American fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a large dining table to seat 6 comfortably. Fully equipped for a cooks kitchen. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. A living room complete with everything you'd need - A TV with Netflix, DVDs and board games etc. A separate WC. First floor - 4 bedrooms - 2 double beds and 2 single beds. 3 toilets and 2 showers and plenty of space for a large family or multiple families gathering together. Outside we have a large, flat, private, safely enclosed garden with two seating areas for eating and relaxing. Please note - this is our well-loved family home and although it is extremely well looked after, we ask guests to be respectful at all times. A peaceful retreat away from the hustle & bustle of the vibrant town; 30 minute walk to the falmouth centre (5minute drive) with bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. 10 minute walk to the Enys house estate (less than 2 minutes) with Beautiful Picturesque gardens overlooking falmouth. Surrounding villages are; Mylor - which has a village pub, the famous Pandora inn and yacht harbour with restaurant - (5 minute drive) Flushing - Cornish fishing village, with two bistro pubs and a swimming beach facing falmouth harbour - (5 minute drive) The house is Located a few minutes drive away from the A39 which you can take to get to the majority of cornwall. We are easily found and walking distance from Penryn train station (15 minutes) and bus stop (2 minutes). Guest access Guests have access to the whole house bar the attic, garage and a locked room on the ground floor.
