Bungay private room with bathroom in town centre

Double room in a Grade II listed building with unique architectural features, in the middle of the town of Bungay. Access via it's own staircase to double bed room with separate private bath shower,and toilet,all on the same landing. The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided. The space The accommodation is in a Grade II listed building which has many of it's original features, including beams and fireplaces. There are steps and uneven floors which add character but may not be suitable for everyone. We provide a light breakfast consisting of juice,fruit, toast,cereals with tea and coffee. A cooked breakfast can be arranged at the time of booking. However Bungay has many cafes for you to explore Guest access Guests have a double bedroom and bathroom accessed via a small staircase. There is WiFi through the house. Guest are welcome to use the breakfast room as a sitting room and the courtyard garden. Weather permitting. During your stay I live on site so happy to assist and chat Other things to note There is no parking on site. We can arrange secure safe parking in a private car park very close to the accommodation . Please ,let us know if this is required when booking. Parking out side the house is controlled by yellow lines which operate each day Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. There is a pay and display car park in Chaucer Street Free parking in Outney Road. Both 200 metres away or a 3 minute walk If you are coming by bicycle we can store these in the back garden
