Guest suite in San Jose

Unit is within a single story house (ie no stairs for exercise! No need elevator!), partitioned by a LOCKED door into YOUR space and OUR space. Think apartment living. All rooms have windows. 👌Guests have private access (with key code) from the front door and will enjoy quiet privacy. 👌Ample driveway parking for 3-4 cars. No searching for street parking nor park in dim unsafe condo lots! 👌Hi-speed WiFi and Ethernet for WFH. 👌Central AC and Heating 😎 Baby-friendly with crib, tub on request. The space A kitchenette is available with full-sized fridge, toast oven, kettle, brew coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Complimentary welcome bottles of water, coffee and tea are provided but will not be replenished during he stay. (We had a guest who unreasonably complained about the shortage of bottled water despite these being complimentary!) No stove cooking available. Plates, cups, glasses, cutlery are provided, which are dishwasher cleansed and sanitized on the day before arrival. Dining table with seating for 4 is provided. Please note! This is NOT a full function kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the complete unit, with the exception of some room closets. One of the bedrooms has a huge walk-in closet, complete with shelves and hangers, available for use. Other things to note o 55 inches HDTV with Over-the-air channels o Streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Kodi, etc) with FireTV stick o Bose home theater sound system o Baby crib available, on request o Board games o Magazines
