Cozy house with a cozy, spacious garden of 40 m2 in a quiet residential area, 50 meters from the river "de Vecht". The nice city center of Utrecht is within a 15-minute walk. Cycling along the Vecht, you will soon arrive at beautiful places outside Utrecht. There are nice coffee shops, stores and restaurants within walking distance. Behind the house is one of the tastiest bakers in Utrecht! The house is kid-proof and equipped with every comfort! Large playground is a 2-minute walk away. The space The house is suitable for a stay of 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults. For a stay of 4 adults, we will use 2 good mattresses, in addition to the queen size double bed. During your stay, you can use all the facilities available. There is a Stokke Triptrap high chair. There are also plenty of toys, garden furniture, a trampoline, a picnic table and a parasol. Guest access Parking around the house is paid from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Parking is free on weekends. Behind the house is a bus stop where a bus to the city center/central station stops every 10 minutes (duration of the ride about 10 min). Other things to note There is a qooker in the kitchen.
