Restaurants, supermarkets and garden at our door The space Clean and cozy private room for respectful and tidy guests Room for one or two guests with one or two single beds depending on number of guests It's a quiet and calm shared apartment with 4 bedrooms 1 shared kitchen fully equipped, 1 shared bathroom with shower and 1 small shared toilet All common shared areas should be clean after use. Guest access Guests have access to their own private room Shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared toilet are common spaces shared with 4 bedrooms. Guests have to keep common spaces clean and organised as they found it, so that next guests can also use it in good conditions A set of 3 house keys will be provided (room, apartment and building door) Free internet Wifi and cable TV with international channels available at the apartment Fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and all the utensils you need to cook your meals. We provide the following starter supplies to get you started: Towels and bed linen for your stay Dish washer detergent, a couple of rolls of toilet paper and liquid hand soap Please note that we do not provide an unlimited set of supplies, we only provide a starter supply. Other things to note All guests must show their ID on arrival to verify identity and sign reservation agreement Every single guest (Infants, Children or Adult) will count toward our room guest's maximum of 2 guests. Only registered guests allowed on property. No visits allowed Absolutely no unauthorised overnight guests (100€/unauthorised person/nigh). No smoking. No Pets No Parties. No noise after 8 pm The apartment is located in an old building and walls are thin. Don't stay at building entrance and at the stairs talking. Please respect our lovely neighbours. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared toilet must be clean after use A mandatory touristic tax will be charged If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Three keys of house are delivered during check in In case you lose them or damage house lock 300€ will be asked for replacement Av. Almirante Reis is one of the largest and main streets of the city. So expect traffic noise during week days. No Third-Party Service Providers. Access is strictly prohibited to any third-party service providers, including but not limited to massage therapists, chefs, beauty technicians, photographers, or similar. For safety, insurance, and building regulation purposes, only registered guests are allowed to access the property at any time.
