Twin Bridge Farm Cottage

The cottage sits on a 40 acre working family farm. We milk cows twice daily. We tend a vineyard, raise pigs, ducks, chickens and geese. There are farm noises and smells here. The cottage has its own driveway off the main drive and 11 stairs leading to your home away from home. It is a fully renovated space with modern stainless appliances and washer/dryer. High speed WiFi allows you to stay connected while relaxing on the farm. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. The space A fully renovated comfy space. There are two bedrooms with new queen beds and full closets. The kitchen is set with new appliances, all cookware and dishes. We have a drip coffeemaker and supply coffee. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, soap and all linens. We have basic cable so all of the main channels are available. High Speed internet and a Smart TV are available for your use. Our home is just next to the cottage so we are able to assist with any immediate needs. The cottage is located minutes from Kentucky Lake and about 12 minutes into the town of Waverly. There is a nice golf course in McEwen, a couple state parks and we are not far from Loretta Lynn's property with plenty of yearly events. A drive into Nashville would take about 1 hour 15 minutes. There are stairs leading from the parking to the cottage. Guest access The cottage has its own front porch and yard area. Access is with combination so you can let yourself in and out as needed without a key. The parking area is all yours and there is a nice front and side yard area to enjoy. Our home is just next to the cottage so we are able to assist with any immediate needs. The cottage is a full 2 bedroom home with its own appliances/heating/AC/bedrooms,etc. There are 11 stairs leading from the parking to the cottage. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Other things to note WIFI is 1G, so it allows you to stay connected to work or use your gaming devices. Cell service is spotty on the farm, but as long as you have WiFi calling turned on in your settings, you cellphone will work while you stay in range of the modem.
