A shop, pharmacy is 2 mins, and supermarket 3 mins by car which has an atm Bus stop situated across road, with nearest beach is only 5 mins by car. To the East, is the scenic Castle harbour village of Gorey. There is 9 hole golf course just 2 mins away with a driving range, tennis courts and a restaurant/bar. The space The House has its own private entrance, with parking for 2 cars. There are 3 bedrooms all with free standing wardrobes, 2 have double beds and the other with 1 single bed. There is a separate lounge with 2 sofas, coffee table and a smart digital TV, including Netflix. The kitchen has a table for 5 people, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, oven, stove and toaster. Cutlery and crockery are also provided. There is a freezer in the garage. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs with basin, and other upstairs with power shower (optional rain shower head setting) and seat. Hidden away, and perfect for Kids, is a Snug room. This has a chair, bean bags and tv (freeview). The non slip decked back garden has the swimming pool*, which is 3 to 4 feet in depth throughout, and has a great swim against jet. *The swimming pool is "Air Heated" using an external electrical air conduction heater so only available for use April (weather dependent) but May to September is normally fine (please note: this is completely weather dependent). Free wifi provided throughout the living space. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance, with parking directly outside, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and back garden with swimming pool. Other things to note Please can you contact me with your approx. arrival time (if possible ) and I'll be there to greet or should you want to arrive as you are, I can provide details of secure key pick up at the house. Please also let me know if you require directions from point of arrival, and/or transport options to the house.
