Our house offers a peaceful, cool and safe place with local life atmosphere. The space Welcome to our house. We were born in Nha Trang, we live and work here. We like to travel, so now we want to share our home, our place for travellers, especially guests who want to discover Nha Trang city all day and night. We hope you feel comfortable as at home. If you need anything, just let me know, we will support you as much as possible. Don't be afraid. This room is front room on 2nd floor. ***** Our house have total 4 Rooms with different styles. There are other ones in the same building if you want to book multiple rooms. You can search them in my profile. ****** We have private rooms with glass windows, open space, mini garden, fresh air and private bathroom. Air conditioner,high speed and free wifi are available in every room, always ready for connecting and working. Each room serve 2 people. Room will be cleaned before check-in and periodically cleaned up (free) every 3 days. Guests may request extra cleaning at an additional cost of $5 per cleaning. ***** * Quynh Anh homestay always welcomes you. Our dark house is in the heart of the city, close to the sea. The house has just built new furniture and rooms. We have separate rooms with glass windows, spacious space, plenty of light, fresh air and bathroom, separate toilet for each room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, high-speed wifi, always ready to serve connection and work. Each room is suitable for 02 guests (up to 3 guests with surcharge). The room will be cleaned before the guest checks in and periodically cleaned free of charge after every 3 days of use. Guests can request extra room cleaning for a fee of 5usd/each cleaning. Guest access - The house has a private entrance for all guests (24/24 access). - The garden on the roof top for BBQ or drinking coffee. Other things to note - Please treat this space as if you would have done for your own home. - Please inform us beforehand about your flight arrivals, your arrival time or check in time as soon as possible. - When you go out, please lock door carefully. - Please leave the keys on the table when check out - If you need to empty your garbage, please bring it to the Garbage Basket in front of the house. - You'll have complimentary mineral water bottles in your room at check-in, then you can buy other bottles in the 1st floor to drink. - You'll have complimentary towels in your room at check-in, then you can wash it or rent washing machine at downstairs. - Please do not disturb the neighbors with loud noises, especially at night. - Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartment. - Keep the keys of the apartment safe and secure. - Please close the windows, make sure the stove is not cooking before leaving and turn off the lights and AC when you leave the apartment. - [We do not provide toothbrushes and combs.
