One foot mat Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, with the full use of the kitchen. Guests will also have access to a gym, indoor swimming pool on level 5 and an outdoor roof-top garden with BBQ facilities on level 6. Other things to note [Check-in]: 1. Check in is available after 2:00pm. Detailed instructions will be sent after your booking is confirmed. 2. 24 hours self-check in is also available for all after hour check ins and needs to be arranged prior to your arrival. [Check-out]: 1. Check out is any time before 10:00am. 2. Please leave the key on the table inside the apartment and send us a photo for reference. [Early Check-in and Late Check-out]: 1. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee. Please contact us for more details if you wish to arrange that. [Luggage Storage]: 1. We are unable to store your luggage onsite. 2. Luggage storage service is available nearby and detailed information will be sent out to you once your booking is confirmed. [Sofa Bed]: 1. If the apartment has a sofa bed, a one off $20 AUD fee per stay will be charged for extra linens. 2. If you do need to use the sofa bed, you must notify us prior to your arrival. [Parking Options]: 1. Some of our apartments have limited onsite parking available for $30 AUD a day and must be booked prior to your arrival. 2. Free on street parking is available from 8:30pm to 7:30am. 3. Public car parks nearby are also available to be used (fees may vary). [Public Transports]: 1. All our apartments are located in the Free Tram Zone. 2. All our apartments are located near major train station. 3. All our apartments are located near either the Skybus Terminal or the Skybus Citylink Stop with direct access to and from Melbourne Airport. [Lock Outs and Additional Keys] 1. If you happen to lock yourself out, a call out fee will be charged to unlock your apartment for you ($50 AUD before 8pm and $100 AUD after 8pm). 2. Additional keys are available on request and require a $150 AUD deposit and needs to be returned at least one day prior to your check out date. [Additional Penalties] 1. Any damaged or missing items found after check out will incur a penalty equivalent to the cost of replacing the damaged or missing items. 2. If the premise is found to be unreasonably unclean after checking out, the guest will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of additional cleaning.
