Internally composed of: - one bedroom with 140X190 bed and its dressing room; - a bathroom with shower and toilet (renovated in 2020); - an open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, combined microwave, electric stove, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ... and a washing machine; - a living room with a quality sofa bed for 2 beds (dimensions: 140 x 190 cm) comfortable and quick to fold or unfold thanks to its quick system, a television, books and board games. Close to the sea and all amenities, a still preserved place, surrounded by greenery.
