Other things to note IMPORTANT: CHECK-IN: Check-in is free and guaranteed between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and is agreed in advance by appointment, as there is no fixed reception but by checking in in person at the house. Please inform the property of the methods and time of arrival in Venice at least one week in advance so that we can arrange an appointment with the person who will welcome you. Access to the property will be in person, by agreed appointment and will take place within the times specified in the announcement. In the event of unforeseen events such as flight and/or train delays and other causes of force majeure, the appointment will be recalculated at our first available time. Upon check-in, ALL guests must provide a VALID identity document (driving license is valid ONLY for Italian guests). Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, unless the facility is available and with the sole possibility of leaving luggage. At the same time as inserting the documents, the rental contract and the cost summary must be signed no later than one week after your arrival.
