The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free. The space In the house, there is now fiber installed and with a wireless router. Good stability and high speed. The TV is equipped with Chromecast, which is connected to our WiFi. So you can easily stream to the TV from your mobile or tablet. Don't forget that you will need to be logged into our network. The Chromecast is connected to the TV on HDMI port number 1. There is also a box with lots of TV channels. It is connected to HDMI port number 2 on the TV and you operate the box with the small remote control. You can also watch programs afterwards. Guest access Our guests have full access to the whole house except for storage and the boxes marked "private." Other things to note There is no washing machine in the house but there are 2 that are common to our area and they are 35 meters from the house. There is also a newly opened laundry facility along the street about 75 meters from the house.
