The apartment is fully furnished and the room is equipped with a bathroom, There is a spacious drawing and dining area. Its located in Park Street and is surrounded by restaurants, hotels, clubs, metro stations, parks and old architecture. The space LOCATION We are on Park Street! It's Kolkata's High-Street. Although the apartment is quiet, the neighborhood is bustling and one can easily access most of Kolkata from our apartment. THE APARTMENT Located on the 6th floor (top floor) of the Neelam Apartments. A separate kitchen for your cooking needs has been provided, a large dining area along with a living room is available for your use. I am an art lover and I have paintings all over my apartment. THE ROOM Is equipped with a king size bed, a sofa, a work-station, a bathroom, T.V., AC, spacious closets and Wi-Fi. THE KITCHEN Has a stove, a fridge, a microwave, sufficient cutlery, storage space, potable water and a sink. DINING/LIVING ROOM Has a music system, a seating area near the entrance, a sofa-cum-bed and a dining table. CAR PARKING 1 dedicated car parking spaces have been provided in the ground floor of the complex. BREAKFAST & FOOD Breakfast is complimentary. It’s simple and wholesome. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANLINESS We keep our apartment spick and span. Your rooms and the entire apartment shall be cleaned on a daily basis. You could also request the attendant for your clothes to be washed and pressed (chargeable). CARETAKER Baleshwar has been my cook cum /caretaker for 22years he has his own room and toilet just outside my apt Guest access - You can use the living area - You can use the dining area - You can use the kitchen - There is small room provided for the attendant which you will not be allowed to access at any time. Other things to note It would be great if you could provide me with copies of your passport on arrival!
