Stopover in Brittany, walking distance to the beach

Perfect place for a family reunion, a group party for a few days, or a vacation with young and old. We do our best to make your stay a pleasant one. Close to the Beg ar Fry site and its wild coast, 700 meters from the beach and the GR34, it is like a country retreat by the sea. Ideal starting point for hikes, well located to do all kinds of sports and activities. The space The style of the cottage aims to stay close to its origins, a small modernized 1930s hotel that has become like a family home! A must for hikers or athletes, or a stopover cut off from the world, you can stay for a day or a week, alone, as a couple or as a tribe. With its 7 bedrooms, the gite can also accommodate families and groups comfortably, everyone meeting in the large living room, on the terrace or in the garden. The bedrooms are small and the storage can be minimalist in some. They are designed for 2 people, some have a bunk bed to accommodate a child. The idea is not to go beyond 15 people and a few children to keep a pleasant space in terms of sound. The open kitchen is appreciated for preparing meals in a friendly way. An additional room serves as a game room or rest room on the first floor. During long stays, we can lend the ping pong table or something to cook outside the product of fishing... Guest access Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room which is entered through the south terrace (small gate from the street). Toilet and laundry room, with access to the back garden. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, fridge and freezer. Dishes for 20 people. First floor: bedrooms 1 and 2 with double bed, sink, shower, toilet. Separated by the multipurpose game room. Second floor: - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and sink, - bedroom 4: 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed, shower, sink, - bedrooms 5 and 6: 2 single beds plus 1 single mezzanine, shower, sink, - bedroom 7: double bed, single bed in mezzanine, sink, - 1 shower and 2 separate toilets South terrace (entrance to the property) with garden furniture and BBQ. Back garden with garden furniture and swing. Other things to note In summer, minimum weekly rental. Long weekends and exceptional dates: 3 nights minimum.
