Fitted kitchen/diner fully equipped for all your cooking needs and wood burner. Enclosed courtyard garden Perfect location for stunning North Cornwall coastal scenery and beaches, surf, swim, walk, or just relax. The space A winding staircase takes you upstairs, Bedroom One is spacious with a king size bed, vanity table, wardrobe, bedside units and plenty of room for all your clothes and luggage. Bedroom Two has a double bed, wardrobe for your clothes and storage. Its own wash hand basin and window seat that overlooks the cottage garden. Bedroom Three has 1 single bed, we can add an extra child bed or cot, wardrobe and chest of draws . Outside is a delightful enclosed courtyard garden with seating and BBQ One dog only unless otherwise discussed. Boscastle has an excellent range of shops. The National Trust shop is in the harbour with excellent cafe attached. As well as a Spar, bakery, green grocer, hairdresser and clothing stores, there are several restaurants. A Premium shop is just two minutes' walk from the cottage and a farm shop with restaurant and amazing sea views is just on the edge of the village. The lovely harbour is 10 mins walk down the hill. Some of the best surfing beaches Trebarwith Strand, Polzeath and Watergate Bay are all close by. Many other sandy beaches in the area incl. Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay/Bude.The local area is full of attractions and activities for visitors including the Camel Trail (cycling), Tintagel Castle, Bodmin Moor/Jamaica Inn, Bodmin Steam Railway, Crealy Adventure Park and many many more. Guest access Guests have the whole house. Maximum of 5 adults, and 1 child(this includes babies). Parking is on street but is free. One dog only. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Plenty of places for walking dogs nearby and dog pooh bins. You must clean up after your dog. Other things to note You have the whole cottage to yourselves. Access is via a key box, but we have local chap, Steve, on hand for any queries during your stay. Steve lives close by. We have left user guides for all items, and all bedding, linen and towels are provided Please bring your own beach towels. If you have any questions before your booking, please ask.
