Sempervirens - Lovely house in the hills

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq. The space This house is the ideal spot for whoever wants to have a nice, relaxing, easy and calm stay in the hills surrounded by nature but still be very close to the seaside beautiful villages of 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro and Versilia, all reachable in a few minutes. Ideal also for whoever is into outside activities like mountain bike, hiking etc. You can also experience the many local "Festas", Sagre, with their typical local regional food and specialities and as well as the many events and happenings that spice up the Summer season. In the apartment, besides linen and towels, you will find other accessories as blankets, hairdryer and toiletries. In the kitchen there will be provided coffee, tea, salt, sugar, and olive oil. In the garden there is chairs, table, deckchairs and a bbq The TV is not connected to Cable but there is the Google Chromecast device through which you will be able to login to all your Netflix, Spotify etc. Pets are admitted as long as they will get along with our cats that freely roam outside in the property, also to be considered that the garden is not fenced. If you choose to come to Smpervirens please understand that we are in the middle of nature so you may have some little visitors like ants and small insects. We try to keep them outside but they are part of the environment we share. Guest access The Guests will enjoy the whole apartment with private access and private parking just a few steps from their front door. Other things to note The House being on the country hillside it is not served by public transportation so it is best to have your own vehicle, car, motorbike, or bike.
