Peace and Quiet just minutes from Hot Springs

Our large (approx 600 Sq/ft) single bedroom, walk-out suite is located within the Riverside Golf Course, with the clubhouse just a 2 minute walk down the street. Cyclists will love the Westside Legacy Cycling Trail that goes all the way to Invermere (26 km or 16 miles), with ride-out access right from the suite. Yes, we have a lockable storage shed for your bikes :) We are a 5 minute drive to the Hot Springs themselves. The put in to the spectacular River Float is a 5 minute walk away. The space We've all had a terrible experience in a basement suite, with people above us tromping around like a herd of elephants. That's not going to happen here. We are quiet and respectful and I think you'll find the space peaceful and tranquil. Guest access Parking is off-street in our driveway. Yes, you can walk around the neighborhood here; the golf course is steps away, within minutes you'll find yourself on the river. "Town" is an easy stroll up the road where you'll find the mountain market, pizza and ice cream, Farm Kitchen Market, the pub, coffee, and a great sushi restaurant. Lockable, enclosed bike storage is available for your use. Other things to note Just a reminder that the suite does not have a dishwasher. The TV has Netflix, but not cable. There is a coffee maker in the suite, but seeing as everyone has their preferred brand/ blend, we do not supply coffee. If you like, we can supply a pound of local Kicking Horse ground beans (made just down the highway in Invermere) for $20. Just let us know. BBQ and outdoor furniture are available seasonally. We typically set this up from May until October. FYI: For the health of ourselves and our guests, we turn the WiFi off at midnight each night, turning it back on at 5am.
