Set in a Heren house from the turn of the 20th century this studio has the advantage of a small separate kitchen and a full bathroom with bath. The neighbourhood is beautifully kept and is very close to all of Arnhem's amenities. Supermarkets and local shops are located a stones throw from this location. Hospitality, personal check-in and service (including cleaning) are standard. Other things to note 1. Please note smoking (including vapes) is not allowed anywhere in/on the property. This includes the garden and the front terrace. No cigarette butts to be brought into the property. 2. No drugs of any type to be used on or in the property. 3. No third parties allowed in the studios, registered guests only. At the discretion of anyone acting for Arnhem studios, any infringement of the above rules could mean immediate withdrawal of your right to remain at the accommodation, without the right to a refund. Kitchen rules 1 Any dishes and cutlery used are to be washed and dried, and placed back where they came from. 2. Any breakages, missing items to be reported to the owner immediately.
