Spacious Winchester Orchard House

The Winchester Orchard House is a comfortable, quiet home in the heart of Silicon Valley. This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet is a half mile from Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair. We are located near the major freeways, making for an easy commute around the Bay. 3pm check in! The space The bedrooms are furnished with new mattresses, crisp sheets, and minimalist decor. Our open kitchen and living areas provide plenty of room to relax during your stay. The lush backyard provides a welcoming space to enjoy the temperate Bay Area weather. Guest access Guests are welcome to relax in the three bedrooms, either of the two living areas, the kitchen, or the backyard. There are two additional rooms in the house that are used for storage and are not available for guest access. Other things to note If you desire the backyard area to be cleaned professionally then there will be an additional charge. It is just like a normal backyard that will require table to be wiped down as needed. Please request this at time of booking.
