The studio apartment has a well equipped kitchenette area with a 4 ring electric hot plate, microwave and fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, all cutleries, crockery and cooking utensils.(Please note no oven and suitable for cooking light meals only) The studio has a small dining area. The studio has its own tiled shower room with shower, basin and toilet The studio apartment has a small living area with a settee, 32” Flat Screen TV, CD and DVD player. Guest access The studio apartment has its own entrance via the side entrance of the house and through the communal area. We do provide a meet and great service to hand over the keys and guide you around the property. The communal area has a washing machine (you need to provide your own soap powder) and ironing facilities. We also provide some board games, books and DVD's. The garden area, terrace, BBQ and pool are accessed via the communal area. Other things to note Arrival time at booking. A car is strongly recommended to enable you to fully discover all aspects of the Eastern Algarve. The nearest Beach is Fuseta 10-15 mins by car, Other things to note:- All our guests are required by law to provide their ID/Passport. We are required to communicate this information to Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Check-in time prior to arrival as agreed (3PM-9PM) A tourist tax was introduced in Olhão, Portugal on 1st June 2023.
