It is on the 6th and top floor of a Haussmann building (elevator to the 5th). Fully air-conditioned. Comprising: kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. It also includes a dining area. The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV (with international channels). The three windows (with 3 small balconies) make this room very bright. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and two bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail, mirror, storage space and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds 2x90x200 (with the option of combining them into a king-size bed 180x200cm), two bedside tables with lamps and a desk. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The apartment benefits from unlimited broadband internet access. The laundry room is located in a room on the landing outside the apartment, shared with another apartment we own on the same floor. Only our guests have access to this room, which is locked. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
