Outdoors and patio are the real thing, where Florida shows all their colors, you will enjoy: - Private Pool, heated is needed. - Outdoor dinning table for 8-10 people with umbrella. - Summer kitchen with BBA, sink, lights covered to make the outdoor experience unique. - Huge covered Pergola with Sofas, tables with high chairs, fan, lights. Pets are strictly prohibited and omissions will have a penalty fee $500 and immediate suspension of the remaining days with no refund. Guest access Guest house at the back of the property, is just and additional room with a Queen size bed, fridge and AC/heater for $60 day and it does not have bathroom. Pool heater is only available in wintertime with additional fees! For short stays of 2-3 days, the minimum fee is $250 adding $60 per day. Based on availability you can request early check-in or late checkout hourly prorated! Other things to note The host does not permit the celebration of any party or event during the stay, none else beside the guests on the reservation can access to the property. In case of omission, if party is being celebrated or it is planned to celebrated the host will cancel the reservation immediately.
