In the residential village "Sos Appentos" I rent a nice independent house finished building in June 2017. Attention to detail and equipped with all comforts, modern style. Located within walking distance of the beautiful dunes of Capo Comino and the picturesque and characteristic beaches of the east coast. About 40 minutes from Porto and Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport.  Nearby activities: Horseback riding, Hiking, Paragliding, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Diving and Boat trips.  The space Consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can become a second double (both rooms with spacious closets), a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a covered veranda equipped for outdoor meals. All new and well-kept.  Equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV, air conditioner, fan, emergency lights, hairdryer, bathroom heater, iron and ironing board. Guest access The house will be delivered clean and must be left in the same condition. Check-in time from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out time is by 10 a.m. If there are no reservations on the same day, we will inform you that you will have a few more hours to leave the accommodation. All spaces will be at your disposal. Waste must ABSOLUTELY be sorted and left outside the house, respecting the recycling rules in order to avoid fines. We are available for any need and happy to help make your vacation unforgettable. N.B.: To reach the Village DO NOT FOLLOW THE MAP you find on Airbnb, IT IS WRONG, we plan to solve this problem as soon as possible but until then take the following address as a reference: Villaggio Turistico Residenziale Sos Appentos, Capo Comino (Siniscola). At the entrance to the Village, you will have a white gravel courtyard on your left with two identical yellow houses, each house has an olive tree in front. You have to pass exactly in the center of the two houses. Yours is right behind those two.
