It offers quality amenities: spacious and bright living room thanks to its large bay windows, wooden terrace. The "Ty an aod" house has a living room including: The living room, with a sofa, a pellet stove for the winter, the dining room that can accommodate 8 people, and the spacious and friendly open kitchen with central island. A large wooden terrace accessible from the living room or the 2 bedrooms on the terrace side. The equipment is new and complete: - rotating heat oven, microwave oven, - induction electric hob - hood - refrigerator - 12-place dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (filter and Dolce Gusto), electric multicooker, as well as a set of cooking utensils and dishes, a connected flat screen TV, a DVD player. Each room is equipped with recent bedding (160 cm bed or single beds) including bed linen, a closet, (a TV in the master suite), a bathroom (2 shower rooms with sink and walk-in shower or a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink). Black-out blinds only in the bedrooms. 2 separate wall-hung toilets. Garden furniture, parasol, and BBQ in summer. Baby cot and high chair on request and subject to availability. Towels (one towel per person), kitchen and bed linen are provided, your beds will be made for your arrival if you wish. In Roscoff, 200 meters from beautiful sandy beaches, the villa offers you an exceptional location for your seaside vacation in a beautiful site.
