Pennybrig - Cosy house in the heart of Borrowdale

Lovely house for rent. Spacious living room, kitchen, and utility room. 3 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 single, all en suite with walk in showers plus a downstairs toilet. Access to rear garden which is shared with my other Airbnb. Perfect place to explore the heart of the Lake District. The space Downstairs: Spacious kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet and shower. There is a room next to the kitchen to dry any wet clothes or store luggage etc. Cosy living room with a corner sofa and TV with Netflix access (only). Upstairs: Two single rooms one at the front of the house and one at the back, double room at the back of the house, all rooms are en-suite with showers. Please note- Bedrooms that aren't booked will get locked. Please book for the correct amount of people. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house. If you wish to bring your dog, I have a garden at the back of the house, which is shared with the my other Airbnb so we would ask that dogs remain on leads. Other things to note We are always happy to offer an early or late check in, subject to availability. If you wish to bring children, please enquire first. Please note the back garden is shared and isn’t fully secure. The driveway is big enough for four cars and is shared between my other Air BnB next door. Please bare this in mind and park to the left of the drive.
