Recently refurbished, with minimalist and simple decor and furnishings, this vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in the heart of Lozari, in Balagne, with its shops, beach (just a few minutes' drive away), not far from Île-Rousse and Ostriconi. This home is very easy to access by car and has a free parking space on site. It also has a small private terrace and access to a common laundry room where you can use a washing machine. Perfectly oriented and sunny for a good part of the day, also take advantage of its ideal geographical position to visit Haute-Corse and especially the Balagne. This accommodation is composed of two bedrooms and 3 beds: 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bedrooms have closets. The living room has a space that can be used as both a living room and a dining area, also leading to the kitchen. You will have Internet (Wi-Fi). All household linen is provided and included in the mandatory cleaning fee. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... The bathroom consists of a sink and shower. A toilet area is provided independently in another room. Ideally oriented and sunny, spend a "relaxing" vacation in a friendly and family-friendly space. Guest access Guests will have full access to the place. It's a private, self-contained, new mobile home, entirely reserved for guests. Only the laundry area (access to the washing machine) is outside and will eventually be shared with other guests. This accommodation is relatively close to Lozari beach: 1.5 km and 800 m as the crow flies (walking distance but we still recommend that you reach it by car), is very well located in the heart of a Balanin landscape close to the mountain, quiet, peaceful, also close to the local artisans' road. There is a supermarket a few minutes' walk away, a nearby bakery and many activities to discover. We will gladly share our personal recommendations with you if you wish. Île-Rousse and Ostriconi are quite close to Lozari and we will be happy to share with you many hiking trails in the area. TRANSPORTATION We strongly recommend that you have a vehicle. Parking is available on-site and free of charge. POSSIBLE ACTIVITIES Beaches, shops, supermarket, hiking, scuba diving, golf, cinema, paragliding, quad and ssv hiking, jet-ski, paddle and other water activities, gym, artisans' route, entertainment every evening within the 500-meter shopping area (Corsican songs, variety shows, etc.) Other things to note Your check-in will be scheduled between 5pm and 8pm We provide linens, which will be included in the mandatory cleaning fee
