This apartment has 35m2, 1 double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen-dining room, bathroom with shower and community garden with a Relaxation Area for exclusive use for the people staying. The condo is equipped with all amenities, air-conditioned and heated, TV, and has wifi. All necessary equipment, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils.... It includes one set of sheets and towels per person, although if you need an extra change we can give the service by paying a surcharge. You can enjoy your stay comfortably, in a quiet and family environment, with all the amenities just a 10-minute walk away and a spectacular beach. All in an updated style in a rustic setting, surrounded by greenery, where you can rest and let your imagination run wild. Free parking is available in front of the property. You can walk to the beach (500m), on the way you will find the Maritime Club, they offer various water activities, surfing, padelsurfing, sailing ... and there are also Tennis and Padel tracks. From there to the other end of the Promenade, there are different restaurants where you can enjoy the Sea while tasting some typical Mediterranean dishes. If you like the pool, 200m away you will find the Pisicna Municipal open all day, it has a children's pool, another for adults and Bar-Restaurant. You will find hiking trails that will take you to discover the mouth of the Gaià River, Tamarit Castle or the Bosque de la Marquesa. From the boardwalk, you can start the Camino de Ronda that connects to Torredembarra or Tamarit. If you need to go shopping, you have the shopping center 10 minutes away (Caprabo, Mercadona, Veritas). Just 300m from the apartment is the village's town's townhouse, beautiful! There are different options of Restoration, Bars and Cafes to go eat, dine or have a drink! Be sure to visit the Castle, The Museum and the Roman ruins of Els Munts! All to enjoy as a family! NO SMOKING: We are committed to a healthy environment, so no smoking is allowed either inside or outside throughout the enclosure. If you are a smoker this place is not for you. NO IF PETS ALLOWED: To avoid allergy issues and responsibilities or disturbances to third parties. BARBECUE RESERVATION: You can reserve the use of barbecue with 1 day's notice, having to use charcoal. The use of firewood for security reasons is prohibited. What do YOU NEED? In the apartment you will find: - The bedding and bath for as many people as they are staying. - The basic materials to be able to cook and eat (plates, glasses, pots...) - A welcome kit that will help you to enjoy your stay for the first days (toilet paper, dishwasher, dish soap, garbage bags). - Complimentary bath products (gel, shampoo, body cream, as well as bar of hand soap). - Complimentary Cooking Products (Sugar, Salt, Oil, Vinegar, Spices, Coffee, Infusions) HOW IS CHEKIN MANAGED? : When you arrive, you will be taken care of at the Reception to register the people who will occupy the apartment according to your reservation. In accordance with the regulations of Catalonia, it is mandatory to present the ID or the original Passport to complete the registration, and at this time it is also necessary to pay the corresponding mandatory Tourist Tax. You can expedite this process. You can receive an automated email with a link where you can provide your registration details and those of your companions in advance of your arrival. HOW DOES THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WORK? Upon arrival we will ask for a bank card to be able to charge €300 as a security deposit. Upon check-out, once the apartment that will have been occupied is in good condition, we will refund the amount of €300 on the same card where the charge was made within a maximum period of 3 days from your departure. Can YOU GET VISITORS? The apartment and common areas are for the exclusive use of the people registered according to the reservation. In case of receiving a sporadic visit, only access to the complex will be allowed, once the mandatory registration is made at the reception. In no case will they have access to the complex if the capacity of the apartment is depleted. The rate is €25/person/person and day visit. WHAT TIME ARE THE KEYS HANDED OVER? For reasons of organization, the maximum time to deliver the apartment is at 11:00 am. Check at the front desk if it's possible to arrange a late checkout.
