The design will ensure your stay is incredibly enjoyable. With paneramic sea views of the bay with a wonderful sun deck providing the most amazing back drop for sunsets. The house is family and dog friendly and is a perfect stay for all year round. Summer, enjoying the wonderful sun deck and beach bbq to winters cosying up by the fire. The space This beautiful house is well designed and full of modern touches with 2 king size bedrooms (one of which can be turned into 2 single beds) and 2 doubles. There is a master principle en-suite and a family bathroom. The principle en-suite as its own privte terrace with a freestanding bath on the deck! A perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and a bath full of bubbles. All of the furnishings and decor have been specifically designed and picked to create a warm environment for you and your family or friends. This stunning property offers a big eat in kitchen with woodburning stove enjoying panoramic sea views which is a social hub with plenty of natural light flooding through the windows and french doors which goes out onto a large decking that is the whole length of the house overlooking the sea. It's the perfect space to rustle up a fabulous meal for friends or family whilst soaking up the views of the Mawgan Porth beach, ocean and beyond. Catering for a large family won't be a problem in this kitchen as it is equip as a chefs kitchen with vitamix, waffle makers, toastie machine, cook books and everything inbetween. The living room has a cofy Andrew Martin L shaped sofa around a wood burning stove where you can sit back at use the smart TV or listen to music from the sound bar from your phone. Open the doors in the summer for indoor / outdoor living. There is a wonderful large attic en-suite room with sea views that we like to call the hotel room it’s so luxurious! Please note there is a steep staircase up to this room so not suitable for young children to use. There is a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs for safety. Downstairs there is a double bedroom next to the larger twin / king. All beds will have super comfy handmade pocket sprung mattresses with natural fillings! There is plenty of outside space at Greenacres a secured private garden wraps around the side and rear of the property with loads of room for surfboards or hanging up your wetsuits and storing buckets and spades for the daily stroll to the beach. There is also a hot outdoor shower for sandy toes and paws after a trip to the beach. In the garden is a dedicated "Beach Bar BBQ area' which has sandy floor, a fire pit and gas bbq for your evening entertainment. If you have children we have a climbing frame and gates at the top of the decking to ensure little toddlers and babies are contained when needed to be! A massive sideboard provides the housing for an aray of toys from babies to teens including lots of board games for rainy days. We also have suction cups and bowls and bibs and sippy cups for babies and a high chair with a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. There is also bath toys, non slip bath mat, baby bjorn travel cot and potty provided if needed. Well behaved dogs are welcome - the garden is secure with gates and there is a hot outside shower to clean them off after the beach. At the front of the property is a lovely terrace with seating and gorgeous views over Mawgan Porth and beyond. Guest access Parking is free at the propery. You can fit 3 cars in front of the house and then a further 2 cars on the road where we have private parking. In the summer months it can get busy in the town so a short walk down the hill takes you into the town where there is a mini local supermarket that sells everything you need and some wonderful restaurants. We are just 3 doors away from the Bedruthan steps hotel and just above the Scarlett hotel.
