Vacation room "Strandgut"

The cozy vacation room is in a house that is in a very quiet side street. From here you can reach the harbor, the train station and the shopping arcade in 10 minutes. Bus stops for the buses to Binz, Prora, Glowe or Cape Arkona can also be reached in 5 to 7 minutes. On the street in front of the house you can park. There is a lockable room in the garden shed. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. The space The room is located in the basement of a semi-detached house renovated in 2015. It has underfloor heating. The existing sitting area invites you to a cozy meal. From there and from the 1.60 m wide comfortable bed, you have a good view of the satellite TV. A small cooking facility is available. To prepare breakfast, everything is available (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge). If the weather permits, you can have breakfast in the garden or end the evening with a view of the Baltic Sea. Guest access The main entrance is located in the basement entrance on the street side. On the courtyard side there is a small courtyard with an additional staircase to the garden. This and also the rear, covered area of the garden house can be used by the guest. A simple charcoal grill is available. The key safe with the key for the main entrance is located next to the last door of the garden house. A light switch is located next to the middle door. The patio door to the courtyard is lockable. Access to the building connection room is in the bathroom. In the event of faults, access for the installer may have to be guaranteed. Other things to note For less than 5 nights, bed linens and towels are not included. However, a laundry package can be booked for an additional €10 per person. The passage to the sanitary area and the standing height in the shower are height-restricted. Approx. 180 - 185
